Deliveries are made to the shipping address when ordering on our webshop.
The risks are borne by the purchaser at the time the goods have left our premises, no guarantee is applicable on silkworm eggs. In case of damage during transportation, complaint must be made within one day after delivery, with proof of the claim (photo, video ...).
In case of late delivery for silkworm eggs, and / or does not happen in the state, no compensation will be given if you decide to return the parcel. (Delivery is not guaranteed except after review case by case)
Delivery times are only given as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer paid.

The return of the parcel must be at your expense in conditions similar to those of the shipment.
The product must be unused in original packaging.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised on silkworm eggs on dry feed, or downloadable documents.
IX. Details of the repayment period in case of withdrawal
In case of return of the property, we offer a credit or exchange if you refuse, we will refund the full amount paid for products that were returned to us as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days the date of withdrawal.
